Lamination & Cutting
Printed PVC sheets are laminated with protective overlay films under high heat and pressure, then cut to card dimensions (CR80) according to international ISO standards.
Personalization & Encoding
Each card is made unique with processes such as magnetic stripe, chip encoding, embossing, thermal name/number printing, and barcode/QR coding.
